The partner portal is a simple information and communication tool that provides complete program transparency for NMA partners. NMA partners can quickly and efficiently enter data, review program progress, and communicate with their program manager.
You can accomplish four essential funcitons via our Partner Portal.
Lead Management Upon entry in the partner portal, your program manager is instantly notified of a new lead, resulting in a timely call by NMA. You can also enter notes for the account manager regarding customer availability, questions, etc.
Account Tracking Leads that sign up for the program are converted to accounts. Through the partner portal you can track new revenue generating accounts.
Revenue Tracking Keep track of the historical revenue activity for each one of your referrals and view current revenue trends. View reports to help understand industry specific trends and seasonality.
Program Document Access Marketing materials, agreements, and other program documents are stored for easy access.
