The Restaurant LAN application for Hypercom ICE 5500L terminals is designed to process credit, debit, FlexCache stored value* and check transactions. A LAN environment of terminals is a network of multiple terminals sharing a common batch and common communications. Software features include AVS, Fast Auth, transaction queuing, tip processing, open/close tab, table number prompting, express pay, account truncation and expiration date suppression. Hardware features include an integrated thermal printer, an integrated PIN pad, a large touch screen display, a water resistant, raised keypad and LAN communication capabilities.
